These are moveable items you may have added to the house that will remain when you move;
- Floor coverings - carpets, vinyls, mats, rugs.
- Whiteware - oven, stove, fridge, dryer, washing machine.
- Window dressings - curtains, drapes, blinds.
- Light fitting & shades. Low energy bulbs.
- Wiring - TV aerial, broadband fittings, alarms, intercom.
- Furniture you're leaving behind
- Mowers, pumps, extra water tanks or such-like
- Anything else that you're including in the sale that's not nailed down
