What you want to be close to...
Car parking needs
What you're prepared to pay, etc...
Your approximate age/s
Nbr of Female/s and/or Male/s
Nbr of children
Length of time you'll be staying
Only tidy, modern places or anything considered
Also, whether you can be texted on your mobile
Please punctuate your advert and use capitals where necessary. Remember that older folks often have houses to rent out and they don't always understand txt or poorly written adverts. So help me and yourself by doing it properly. Thanks
